There's no "synchronisation" with OpenPOS; no systems talking to each other. All of the stock is centralised within Magento

Cashier Prompts
Mercy Robes have quite a few policies and procedures for in-store customers, that are key for cashiers to know about
This means that Neetu needs to train staff and spend a lot of time and effort to ensure both the cashier, and customer are aware of these policies
Now they have "Cashier Prompts", which means Neetu can give full visibility of these policies and proceedures to the cashier without needing to go through hours of training
Custom Products and Pricing
Cashiers can now create custom products and pricing on the fly, which means staff can meet customer needs in that exact moment
Not only does it boost staff performance, but it absolutely improves the customer's experience
